Diversified Panel Finds Building for Expansion

Diversified Panel Systems has leased more than half of an industrial building in Oxnard, agreeing to pay $1.1 million over five years.

The property at 2345 Statham Blvd. includes 115 parking spaces and 71,438 square feet of outside storage.

Diversified Panel Systems laminates cold-storage building materials and manufactures expanded polystyrene. The move will allow the company to triple the size of its facility.

Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented Diversified Panel Systems in the transaction. Mid Valley Realty represented the property owner.
