Another Milestone for the Picklers

Share

It has been a week of milestones for the Pickler family.

Cypress College softball Coach Brad Pickler won his 600th game Wednesday, one day after his brother Scott recorded his 500th victory as the Chargers’ baseball coach.

The baseball team won with a five-run, ninth-inning rally, but the Cypress softball team required no such heroics in its 11-0 Orange Empire Conference victory over host Golden West.

Sara Louwsma (8-1) pitched a one-hitter, Erica Harding had four hits, and Sasha Campbell and Erica Duncan drove in three runs each in a game called after five innings.
