* Teens Influencing Their Peers to Stop needs smoke-free teen volunteers to speak to their peers. They will be trained in advocacy and public speaking and could receive service learning credit through their schools. Information: Terrie Hampel, (818) 901-4635.

* Center for the Partially Sighted in West Los Angeles needs volunteers with some vision loss to read correspondence and do mail for clients, to assist clients on computers, to work in its counseling program, to help with finances, general office work and public health fairs and to greet clients and visitors.
