WESTMINSTER

The City Council’s bimonthly meetings will move from Tuesday evenings to the second and fourth Wednesdays starting next week. However, because of a scheduling conflict, the last meeting in May will take place on the fifth Wednesday of the month, May 31. Also, the meetings will start one hour earlier, at 6 p.m. City Hall is at 8200 Westminster Blvd.
