The Irvine residential land development and home building company posted first-quarter net income of $400,000, or 4 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $900,000, or 8 cents a share, for the 1999 first quarter. No revenue was reported. The company said it expects to report revenue in the second quarter from its project in Escondido.
