Worldwide Wireless Buying 1st Universe

Worldwide Wireless Networks Inc., a wireless communications company in Orange, said Monday it acquired 1st Universe Internet, a reseller of high-speed access. Terms were not disclosed.

1st Universe President Sean Loftis will be joining Worldwide Wireless Networks as the western regional vice president of sales.
