International Technologies Plans Joint Facility in China

International Technologies in Thousand Oaks and the Illinois-based Hytel Group plan to set up a facility in China to manufacture electronics components.
The facility, which is expected to cost $8 million, is a joint venture with Dalian Daxian Group of Dalian, China. Once completed, the facility is expected to generate annual revenues of $16 million.
Daxian, one of the top 20 electronics companies in China, is publicly traded and has annual revenues of $400 million. Hytel provides assembly services to companies in the telecommunication, wireless, medical and automotive industries.
International Technologies specializes in China ventures and exports electronic components manufactured there to Europe.
