The Anaheim Union High School Board of Trustees today will discuss hiring attorneys to investigate whether trustees were misled by a consulting firm. California Financial Services of San Juan Capistrano advised trustees to use certificates of participation to finance a $17-million air-conditioning project. Some trustees question whether the decision to use the certificates was made with misleading information.
