‘N Sync keeps tearing up the charts.

The pop group’s “No Strings Attached” is the No. 1 album in the U.S. for the seventh-straight week after selling 191,000 copies, and the disc from Jive Records is closing in on 5.3 million copies in total sales.

The group launched its national tour this week in Biloxi, Miss., and has a sold-out show at the Rose Bowl on June 9. “Strings,” its third album, set a first-week sales record in March (2.4 million copies) and since then has stayed atop the charts.

Da 504 Boyz debut at No. 2 this week with “Goodfellas,” which sold 139,000 copies. The compilation disc is headlined by superstar rappers Master P, Mystikal and Silkk the Shocker, but the collection also serves as a survey of some lesser-known rappers on the No Limit label, such as Krazy, D.I.G., Mac and Magic. The album performed well out of the gate thanks to the big-name contributors (with Master P guiding the project as executive producer) and a buoyant hit single called “Wobble Wobble.”

There’s more coming from the Da 504 Boyz membership--Master P delivers a solo disc, “Ghetto Postage,” in July, and Silkk’s solo album, “My World, My Way,” is scheduled for release in August.

This week’s Top 5 is rounded out by a trio of R&B; albums: Sisqo’s “Unleash the Dragon” (125,000 copies sold), Joe’s “My Name Is Joe” (120,000) and Toni Braxton’s “The Heat” (118,000), respectively.

Other debuts this week include Billy Joel’s “2000 Years--The Millennium Concert,” a two-disc set featuring the Bronx-born singer’s New Year’s Eve performance at Madison Square Garden in New York. The collection sold 31,000 copies to hit No. 40.

Los Angeles-based urban gospel duo Mary Mary debuts at No. 62 with its first disc, “Thankful,” which sold 24,000 copies. Mary Mary is sisters Erica and Tina Atkins, who as back-up singers have toured with R&B; stars such as Brian McKnight, Brandy and Eric Benet.
