* World Rhythms--A trio of musicians will present “An Evening of Armenian Jazz” Friday at UC Santa Barbara’s MultiCultural Center theater. * Music--The well-regarded Texas troubadour Jimmie Dale Gilmore and his band will perform in an installment of the “Sings Like Hell” concert series Friday at the Lobero Theatre. * Heritage--Santa Barbara Preservation Week, held Saturday through May 21, offers a series of special events to celebrate Santa Barbara County’s rich architectural heritage. Public tours, lectures and receptions are planned to promote awareness and appreciation of the area’s unique resources, including Mission Santa Barbara, Stow House, El Presidio, Fernald Mansion and many other sites around the county. * Exhibition--Karpeles Manuscript Library and Museum will open an exhibit of nature-themed paintings and assemblages by Santa Barbara artist Beth Amine on Monday.
