The Santa Ana Internet software and information technology services provider said it lost $238,000, or 8 cents a share, for the first quarter, compared with a net loss of $819,000, or 10 cents a share, for the same period last year. Sales declined 52% to $4.6 million. The company attributed $4 million of the revenue decrease to the sale of its managed services and computer hardware manufacturing division and the sale of the telephone installation business.
