Music Before Age

I just read your review of Hanson’s album “This Time Around,” and I can’t believe it was only given 2 1/2 stars (“Hanson: Have the Boys Grown Up Too Fast?” by Marc Weingarten, May 6). Before you think that I’m just some teeny-bopper, let me just say that I’m 18. I find it very ignorant for you to base your rating on the ages of the three Hanson guys. That’s not really the point; people need to ignore the fact that they are so young and pay attention to the music; the music is what it’s all about. Maybe you should go and get the CD and imagine that Hanson are 30, then perhaps you’ll realize that the album really deserved a better rating.
