Sheriff’s Dept. Seeks 4 Who Allegedly Violated Probation

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Rodrigo Alatorre Sanchez, 32, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for selling a controlled substance. Sanchez last lived in the 2700 block of South J Street in Oxnard.

He is Latino, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 170 pounds and has black hair, brown eyes and an inch scar on his forehead.

Michelle Renee Raines, who also uses the last name Chernick, 27, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction of possessing a controlled substance.

She last lived in the 1800 block of Channel Islands Boulevard in Oxnard and last worked in the 6300 block of Ventura Boulevard in Ventura. She is white, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 120 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Raines has the name “Rick” tattooed on her left hand, a grim reaper tattooed on her left breast and a rose tattooed on her right shoulder.

Adam Casey Harris, 25, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for assault with a deadly weapon. Harris last lived in the 400 block of Iris Street in Oxnard.

He is white, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 145 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a rose tattoo on his left hand and a cross on his right shoulder.

Kenneth David Eckert, 19, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for making terrorist threats. He last lived in Simi Valley and last worked at a resort in Camarillo.

Eckert is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He has three dots tattooed on his left wrist and the letter “e” on his right hip.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
