* Boskovich Farms in Oxnard has hired Stephen Seabolt as sales manager at the company’s Oxnard headquarters, and Matt Cava will have that position in the Salinas office.

They will work together coordinating sales efforts between the two offices.

Boskovich Farms, founded in 1915, grows, ships and processes fresh produce.

* Ed Miller has been promoted to vice president of operations at Camarillo Community Bank. He will oversee operations at the bank branches in Camarillo, Oxnard and Westlake.

Miller, a 20-year Camarillo resident, has served on the city Planning Commission for 11 years.

* Don W. Downey has joined Santa Clara Valley Bank as vice president and lending officer.

A native of Fillmore, Downey has more than 25 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry.

Santa Clara Valley Bank has branches in Santa Paula and Fillmore.

* The U.S. Field Hockey Assn. has appointed Coralie van Marken of Ventura as a regional development coordinator, one of 11 in the country.

She will act as liaison between the association and the community while developing grass-roots programs in the region.

Van Marken will be trained this month at the Olympic Training Complex in Colorado.

* Craig Skeels and Russell Fox of American Express Financial Advisors Inc. in Oxnard have achieved the company-sponsored designation of business financial advisor. Requirements for the designation include course work and a series of examinations.

Skeels and Fox are the franchise owners of the company’s office at 300 Esplanade Drive.

* Timothy F. McLoughlin has joined Tasco Construction in Camarillo as vice president of sales and marketing. He has 25 years’ experience in project generation and management services.

* Richard J. Werner, a New York Life Insurance agent in Westlake Village, has been named an annuity champion for 1999-2000. This recognition is bestowed on qualified agents based on exceptional annuity sales performance.
