Odetics Inc.

The Anaheim high-technology incubator company said it lost $13.9 million, or $1.51 a share, for the fourth fiscal quarter, compared with a net loss of $6.8 million, or 78 cents a share, for the fourth quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 declined 11% to $18.9 million. For the year, Odetics reported a net loss of $2.3 million, or 25 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $20.1 million, or $2.57 a share, for the prior year. Revenue was down 3% to $80.7 million from $83.4 million.
