M. Wayne Boylston has been named chief financial officer of Flashcom Inc. in Huntington Beach. He was previously executive vice president and chief financial officer at iXL Enterprises Inc., and held a similar position at Healthdyne Technologies Inc.

Joseph Corey is the new director of dealer and manufacturer relations for Autobytel.com in Irvine. He was formerly with Ford, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Hyundai dealerships. Rob Lange was promoted to national director Rob Lange Anthony Rinaldi of dealer training, and Anthony Rinaldi was named national sales director. Lange joined the company in 1996 as a sales trainer. Rinaldi joined Autobytel in 1999 as district sales manager of the mid-Atlantic region.
