At the Pump
The oil cartel’s March agreement to boost production continued to help at the pump, as the average price of gasoline in Southern California dropped 9.5 cents in one month, to $1.662 for a gallon of self-serve regular, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California. The club’s monthly Fuel Gauge Report, released Tuesday, is based on a survey of 2,800 gas stations.
