Three city school employees were honored by the Capistrano Unified School District at an awards reception at El Adobe restaurant in San Juan Capistrano on Monday night.
John Nicholas, a custodian at Bernice Ayer Middle School; Donna Bradshaw, a special education instructional aide at Ole Hanson Elementary School, and Patricia Gutierrez, a food services cashier at Las Palmas Elementary School, were three of six district employees honored as Classified Employees of the Year.
Each will receive a $700 merit award.
