STANTON
A new city program attempting to eradicate safety and building violations on Beach Boulevard begins Monday. The city plans to devote one code enforcement officer to inspecting each business and residence on the street.
“Beach Boulevard is the window by which people view and see our city,” said Mark Lloyd, the city’s community development director.
