The Santa Ana make of software products reported a net loss of $2.9 million, or 7 cents a share, for the fourth fiscal quarter, which included noncash expenses of $2.5 million related primarily to the acquisition of Premia Corp. The company posted a net loss of $2.6 million, or 10 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $6.2 million from $2.2 million.

For the year, the company said it lost $6.3 million, or 19 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $10 million, or 49 cents a share, for the prior year. Revenue climbed to $17.5 million from $6.8 million.
