LA PALMA
The La Palma United Methodist Church will unveil its memorial fountain during regular worship services Sunday at 9:45 a.m.
The fountain was created in honor of Orbrey Duke, who was police chief in the city from 1968 to ’74 and husband of current Mayor Alta E. Duke. Orbrey Duke died in 1998.
Members of the Los Angeles Fraternity of Police Officers will also attend.
