Learned, Evans to Head Cast of ‘Candles’ Benefit

Michael Learned (“The Waltons”) and Andrea Evans (“The Bold and the Beautiful”) will head a celebrity cast in special benefit performances of Katherine Huston’s play “Candles,” June 9-10 at 8 p.m. and June 11 at 2 p.m. at Mayfield Senior School’s Pike Theatre in Pasadena.

Proceeds from the play, about five women who find the “can” in “cancer,” will help fund special cancer programs at Pasadena’s Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Tickets are $75 for the June 9 gala opening, $40 for June 10-11 shows.
