CAM Commerce to Buy Illinois Firm

CAM Commerce Solutions Inc., a Fountain Valley sales and inventory software maker, agreed Wednesday to acquire the assets of an Illinois provider of inventory and point-of-sale management systems

Terms of the deal with privately held Genesis Software Group Inc. of Sandwich, Ill., were not disclosed.

CAM said in a press release that Genesis has about 600 customers who use its software and that 15% of them operate multiple locations.
