Actress Betty White will crown the king and queen of Leisure World’s 11th annual Seniors’ Prom on Nov. 12.

The event, expected to sell out with more than 1,000 seniors in attendance, will include big band music played by the Senior Class Band, hors d’oeuvres, a no-host bar and a raffle drawing.

Advance tickets are $20, or $25 at the door. Proceeds will benefit South County Senior Services, 24300 El Toro Road, Building A, Laguna Woods. The event is scheduled from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Irvine Marriott. Information and tickets: (949) 498-0400.
