Preliminary plans for a new park in the Portola Hills neighborhood will be presented at 6 p.m. Nov. 16 at a meeting of the Planning and Parks and Recreation commissions.
Designs for Concourse Park were created with input from neighborhood residents. The meeting will take place at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive. Information: (949) 461-3400.
