LOS ALAMITOS
Casa Youth Shelter, a nonprofit shelter for teen runaways and youths in crisis, tackles the issue of setting reasonable limits in a seminar from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. The seminar is the second in a series. Other topics include child development, discipline and self-esteem.
