Fire Damages Photo Shop
Fire caused an estimated $60,000 damage to an unoccupied Westminster photo shop early Sunday, authorities said.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze quickly and confined it to the photo store in a strip mall in the 7800 block of Westminster Boulevard shortly after it was reported at 1:04 a.m., said Capt. Paul Hunter, an Orange County Fire Authority spokesman.
Hunter said damage was estimated at $10,000 to the structure and $50,000 to its contents. There were no injuries reported, and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
