The Affordable Housing Clearinghouse will hold a home-buying seminar Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. at Santa Ana College, 1530 W. 17th St., Room D-212. Prospective home-buyers can get tips on tackling credit problems, saving for a home and qualifying for a loan. They also can learn about resources available for first-time buyers.
