A.M. Thai

Sermmith Thai restaurant opens at 8 a.m., which means you can drop by to pick up lunch on the way to work. Much of the menu won’t be available until later in the morning, but there will be enough choices to assemble Sermmith’s combination lunch: two main dishes and rice for $3.95. One day around 9 a.m. we bought barbecued pork with lots of garlic flavor, and chicken with bamboo shoots, Thai basil and hot serrano chiles. A microwave took care of reheating.
