Minnesota Artist Wins Stamp Contest
From Times Wire Reports
A Minnesota wildlife artist won his second federal duck stamp contest for his acrylic painting of a northern pintail. The design by Bob Hautman of Delano will become next year’s federal duck stamp, which every hunter must buy in addition to a state license, the Fish and Wildlife Service said in Washington. Ninety-eight percent of the proceeds from the $15 stamp goes into the Migratory Bird Conservation Fund.
