The Newport Beach diagnostic imaging company said that net income for the first fiscal quarter more than doubled to $2.8 million, or 29 cents a share, from $1.3 million, or 14 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose 13% to $52.2 million.
