Streamline.com Inc., which delivers groceries and other items ordered over the Internet, said it is winding down its operations and plans to discontinue service Nov. 22. The company said it also will provide severance to employees and retain a small staff to oversee the sale of its assets. . . . WebMD Corp.’s third-quarter operating loss widened to $65.8 million, or 27 cents a share, from $10.1 million, or 14 cents, a year ago. Analysts expected a 22-cent loss.
