RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA
The City Council on Thursday will consider an ordinance that limits door-to-door sales calls to between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily. The council meets at 7 p.m. at the Trabuco Canyon Water District headquarters, 32003 Dove Canyon Drive.
