The City Council will consider new rules for pushcart vendors in the downtown area tonight. If approved, vendors will be required to wear Mexican-style shirts and purchase larger carts that provide storage for food products and supplies. The meeting begins at 6:05 p.m. in the Police Department’s Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza.
