David Goldberg, a former Telepictures programming executive, has been named president of Endemol Entertainment USA, which produced the TV series “Big Brother.”

Los Angeles-based investment bank Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin has appointed Louis Chen chief information officer. Formerly an executive at OCen Communications, Chen will oversee all projects related to the firm’s information technology group.
