The City Council is expected to declare an abandoned car parked in front of a home in the 18800 block of Canyon Circle a public nuisance in an effort to force the homeowner to remove it.
City officials don’t know how long the car has been parked there, but said the vehicle is an eyesore. The council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 28 at City Hall, 17855 Santiago Blvd.
