* Young MC, “Ain’t Goin’ Out Like That,” Young Man Moving. This Angeleno burst on the scene in 1989 with the catchy rap single “Bust a Move.” His fourth album, in stores Tuesday, sounds as though it could have also been recorded in 1989, as the dated production and stiff delivery sound archaic at best. He can still deliver enjoyable stories and turn a clever phrase or two, but that hardly makes up for the collection’s weaknesses.
