Council Will Weigh Mall Plans Tonight
The City Council tonight will consider approving plans to build the La Habra Westridge Plaza Shopping Center at 1300 S. Beach Blvd.
The project includes department stores and specialty shops. If approved, the city will begin advertising for tenants next month.
