ANAHEIM
Trustee Robert Stewart resigned Thursday from the Anaheim Union High School board. Stewart was elected two years ago. In a letter addressed to board Chairman L.E. “Slim” Terrell, Stewart said he no longer had time for his school board duties.
The trustees have begun accepting applications to fill the unexpected vacancy until Stewart’s term officially expires in November 2002. Applications will be accepted until Oct. 9.
