DANA POINT
The city has improved its supply of emergency items to support operations in case of a disaster. They include food, water, cots, blankets, flashlights, toiletries, tools and safety equipment.
Federal guidelines recommend that emergency operations centers of local governments be able to operate 24 hours a day.
The city also restocked its first-aid kits around City Hall.
