LAGUNA NIGUEL
John Jeffredo of the Tongva Indian tribe will speak about Tongva culture and the role of Native American tribes in the Native American Grave Protection and Repatriation Act, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Sea Country Community Center, 24602 Aliso Creek Road.
