Strader Named Starpointe Ventures VP

Tim Strader Jr. has been named executive vice president of Starpointe Ventures in Irvine. He was previously director of real estate development for Opus West Corp.’s Irvine office. Before that, Strader was vice president with Heitman Properties Ltd. in Santa Ana and senior associate with CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Laguna Hills.

* Douglas Rawlings has joined Morrison & Foerster as a partner in the litigation department of the Irvine office. He was a partner and co-founder of Belin, Rawlings & Badal.

* Michael Haynes has been named president and chief operating officer of Tangible Asset Galleries Inc. in Newport Beach. Silvano DiGenova remains chief executive and chairman of the board.

* Kimberly M. Pebbles has been appointed vice president of marketing for Richmond American Homes in Irvine. She had been marketing manager. In her new position, Pebbles will be in charge of the builder’s marketing operations throughout Orange and San Diego counties and the Inland Empire.

* David Eagle has joined the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis Co. as a senior vice president in the national Multifamily Investment Group. He has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries.

* Daniel B. Wong has been appointed vice president of finance for IPNet Solutions Inc. in Newport Beach. Before joining the company, Wong was vice president of finance at Tickets.com. He has also held financial management positions at Autobytel.com Inc., National Telephone and Communications Inc. and Coldwell Banker Corp.

* Scott Berry has been named vice president of product development for LoanTrader.com in Irvine. Berry has held senior positions in technology development with Tuttle Decision Systems Inc. and Old Kent Mortgage.

* Jonna Greenlee has been appointed vice president of real estate and facilities for Western Dental Services Inc. in Orange. Before joining the company, she was an asset manager for Kaufman & Broad’s multifamily division. Greenlee has also been vice president in the major loan division of Great Western Bank.

* Ron Nieman has been named chief executive of RemoteVideo.com in Santa Ana. Nieman was previously senior vice president and general manager for Sensormatic Electronics Corp.

* James E. Bailey is the new chief executive of ColorMax Technologies Inc. in Tustin. Bailey joined the company in 1999. Donald H. Hansen will continue as the company’s president. In addition, Richard R. Milewski, formerly ColorMax’s chief financial officer and chief operating officer, has left the company. Julie Kim, secretary and treasurer, has assumed Milewski’s duties.

* Martyn Gunning has been named director of business development and licensing for NeoTherapeutics Inc. in Irvine. Gunning was previously director of European new product development for Allergan Europe, an affiliate of Allergan Inc.

* Christopher T. Metz has been named to the newly created position of president, North American hardware and home improvement, for Black & Decker Corp. Metz will continue to be president of Kwikset Corp. in Irvine.

* Mitchel Zelinger has been appointed vice president, sales of Carr Construction in Los Alamitos. Zelinger was most recently with Tangram Interiors and before that was president of On-Site Fabricare. In addition, Jeff Heide was named project manager. He was formerly with Associates Purchasing.
