Turner Broadcasting Systems has signed an 11-year, $41-million lease for 85,175 square feet of office space at the Water Garden in Santa Monica. The Water Garden was represented by Lisa St. John of Trammell Crow Co., who said Turner will move from 1888 Century Park East in Century City to the third, fourth and fifth floors of the Water Garden. Turner was represented by Craig Jablin of Julien J. Studley Inc. and Steve Walbridge of Cresa Partners. Turner, which is slated to move to its new offices in August, will occupy space formerly leased by the law firm of Haight, Brown & Bonesteel, which is moving from the Water Garden to 6080 Center Drive in Howard Hughes Center in a 10-year, $27-million lease. Haight Brown was represented by Walbridge and Arlene Sommer of Julien J. Studley Inc. The landlord, Arden Realty, was represented in-house by Michael Pollack and by Grafton Tanquary and John Ayoob of CB Richard Ellis.
