Fuzzy Math

Bush has been accusing Al Gore of using “fuzzy math,” but Bush fails basic addition when he discusses taxes, apparently adding 16.2% plus 2.9% and coming up with 16.4% (“A Day in the Life of Bush and Gore: Verbal Missteps and Explanations,” Oct. 8).
