* Solo--Actress Ruby Nelda Perez will revive her acclaimed role as the feisty restaurateur of Dona Rosita’s Jalapeno Kitchen in a special one-woman show at 8 p.m. today at UC Santa Barbara’s Campbell Hall. * Plant Sale--The Santa Barbara Botanic Garden will hold its 40th annual Fall Plant Sale this weekend. Home gardeners can procure the garden’s cultivars and native plants, plus varieties indigenous to Mediterranean climates.
