The search has begun to fill a vacancy on the city’s Community Services Commission. The new commissioner would fill out a term expiring March 31, 2001.
City officials are taking applications until 5 p.m. Nov. 9 at the city clerk’s office, 201 E. La Habra Blvd. Interviews will take place before the regular City Council meeting Nov. 20.
The vacancy was created when Warren Robinson left his post Oct. 2 after his appointment to the Planning Commission. The Community Services Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month.
