Corinthian Colleges Inc.
The Santa Ana operator of private vocational schools and colleges reported record first-quarter net income of $4.4 million, or 42 cents a share, 83% higher than the $2.4 million, or 23 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 increased 34% to $51.8 million.
