Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department seeks four people for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Rafael Diaz Madera, 21, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for spousal battery, unlawful sex with a minor and two counts of witness intimidation.

He last lived in the 3600 block of South F Street in Oxnard. He is Latino, 5 feet 9, 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anthony “Tony” Douglas Craig, 33, allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 1200 block of Anchors Way in Ventura.

Craig is white, 5 feet 10, 170 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Nathan Rawlings Tinker, 22, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for burglary. He last lived in the 4700 block of Larkin Court in Simi Valley.

Tinker is white, 6 feet 3, 170 pounds, and has a shaved head and blue eyes. His hair is brown. His tattoos include the name “Jade” on his left hand and back, and three dots by his right eye.

Marilyn Barraza, 30, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for possessing a controlled substance. She last lived in the 700 block of Will Avenue in Oxnard.

Barraza is Latina, 5 feet 2, 160 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. The call can be anonymous, and there is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
