Need2Buy.Com Partners With i2 Technologies

Need2Buy.Com in Westlake Village has entered into a preferred partnership with Dallas-based software maker i2 Technologies Inc. Under the agreement the two companies will join forces to provide enhanced content and functionality to Need2Buy’s online marketplace.

Need2Buy offers a trading exchange for the procurement of electronic components to original-equipment manufacturers, contract electronics manufacturers, distributors and component manufacturers.

Highlighting the partnership is the licensing of i2’s VIP subscription content, a comprehensive database of electronic component sourcing information and related software. The database provides current information on more than 7 million electronic components produced by nearly 1,000 manufacturers.
