VILLA PARK

Several groups are pitching in to create time capsules chronicling the city’s history. The capsules will be buried in front of the Villa Park Pharmacy.

The Historical Society, Women’s League, Rotary Club and the two Villa Park elementary schools are among those collecting mementos for future generations. Those interested in contributing to the capsules should drop off items at the pharmacy, 17821 Santiago Blvd. Items should be no larger in diameter than the size of a baseball.
